Note: This is a post about the day 3 of the Thirty Days of Focus, see the introductory post for more details.
OK. Day 4, and Resistance starts to kick in (actually, it has always been here, but shhh…). Yes, I had a lot of things to do during the morning (Zzz) and the afternoon. And I am actually glad I had accomplished those I had chosen to. But I would blame Resistance for preventing me to take the guitar in my hands until around 8 pm.
I feel somewhat anxious about tomorrow, as that’s when the real creative part begins. At the same time, I’m excited to hear what this can turn into. Somebody said that fear is excitement without breath, so my task now is to breathe.
Tiny recap of day 4:
- Noticed how Resistance started to grow. I remembered my experience with physical exercises at the beginning of the year, which reinforces my belief in myself: I can make it.
- Completed the transcription of the performance in the video.
